FAQ and OTHER HELPFUL INFORMATION
What is this all about?
Light Grey Art Lab has opened a shop in order to allow admirers of art from all over the world an opportunity to appreciate the artwork we would usually only display within our brick-and-mortar space! Select prints, work and items will be featured here during exhibitions for a limited time, so check back frequently to see what's new every month!
Who is selling work in this shop?
Each month our exhibiting artists have the opportunity to showcase some of their work online as well as on our gallery walls. Each artist (or group of artists) changes each month depending on the exhibition. We'll keep you posted with what will be available each month here!
When will I receive my order?
Most prints are packaged and shipped after the close of the show, so if you purchase a print from a current show you will not receive it until the show comes down (unless otherwise stated).
Orders for books, card decks and other items are filled as soon as we can fill them. We ship orders on Tuesdays and Fridays.
Orders with different types of items are packaged and shipped in separate packages. If you'd like us to ship your items together, write us a note at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do we ship to places outside the United States?
Yes we do! If we can ship to you (which will be more often than not!) We'll provide an option for those people looking to have items shipped to places outside the USA! Just check the right option at checkout and we'll have you covered.
Choose wisely, my friend! Everything in our online shop is final sale. This is for the good for the artists and the good of the work. We take create care in packaging your purchase delicately so that it arrives to you in pristine condition. In the rare circumstance that the work has arrived damaged, please contact hello (at) lightgreyartlab (dot) com with you concerns and we can help figure out how to help you.
Is this work sold somewhere else?
We kindly ask the artists selling in our shop to remain exclusive to us for the duration of their exhibition, but in most cases, this is the only place you might find these pieces! If there was only one piece to begin with, this may be the only one in existence! When they're gone, they're gone!
